Aluminum grille Click-in ®

The grille that can be easily mounted and de-mounted. Kungs aluminum grille click-in consist of a grille inset and two fitting profiles to be mounted above and below. One or more grille insets can be mounted with a simple grip in the fitting profiles, and just as easily be de-mounted. If more than one grille insets are mounted after each other, the width can be next to infinite. Our standard selection consists of 2 fitting profiles and 3 inset profiles. Depending on where the grilles are to be mounted the grille inset is made with the profiles pointing upwards or downwards.

 

Click-in grilles are mainly used for installation in walls, but can also be used as wall bases, under stairs (with reinforcement) and in front of armatures. The grilles can also be delivered without fitting profiles, e.g. if these are already built into walls or furniture. The grilles can be seen at the base of the walls in Moderna museet in Stockholm.

 

The fitting profiles and the grille inset are made of power-pressed aluminum profiles. By default the grilles are nature anodized or powder coated in a specified colour (RAL or NCS). The grilles can also be anodized in another colour. We manufacture all grilles in our own facilities, with production capable of handling anything between a few and thousands of grilles.
