Powdercoat

At Kungsprofiler we have our own powder coating. This means that we can paint with a very short delivery time if it is in a hurry. Thanks to our own painting, we keep an eye on the production so that each grid meets our high demands on the final product.

 

We paint in all colors from the RAL scale. The most common is white, RAL 9003 in gloss 85. Gloss number 85 corresponds to high gloss, gloss 30 corresponds to semi-gloss. For matt, gloss 3 applies, a textured color that gives a really nice result.

 

We can also supply NCS colours, but they have to be special ordered and there is often a long delivery time. An alternative to NCS could be that we paint the grids in a special base color that provides good adhesion of wet paint. This means that the customer can use the same color that is used on the walls and ceiling. Primed grilles are usually appreciated by the painter!

 

If there is a requirement for corrosion class, C4/C5, we can paint according to Akzo Nobel Interpon Redox Triplex, i.e. 2 base colors and a final color.
